Our Dress Code
Appropriate Attire for the Carousel is ‘Business Casual’ or as formal as you like. Please no ball caps, tennis shoes, shorts, jeans, t-shirts or workout apparel.
Smoke Free Theatre
The entire Carousel theatre is smoke-free.
Photography/Recording
Photography and/or the use of any recording devices is strictly prohibited during the performance. Devices will be taken to ensure photo or recording is destroyed. The device will be returned at the owner’s expense.
Children's Menu
When a children's discount is given, children must order off of the Children's menu when available.
Reservations
Payment must be made at the time of reservation. Ticket sales are final and no refunds are issued.
Senior Discounts
Senior citizens with Golden Buckeye or AARP Cards receive a $5.00 discount on Dinner and Show Tickets for Evening Performances except Saturday. Box Office must be notified at time of making reservation.
Show Only Tickets
Show Only Tickets can be made for either theatre-style or
high-top table seating in the Show Only balcony or table seating on the main level with appetizer, sandwich and dessert menu. $7.00 per person table minimums apply to Show Only Table Seating for all performances except Friday and Saturday evenings and Special Attractions when the minimum is $9.00 per person. Show Only guests will not be seated until one hour prior to performance. All Show Only Tickets for table seating go on sale one month prior to the performance except for Friday and Saturday evenings and Sunday early which go on sale one week prior to the performance.
Pagers and Cell Phones
For the courtesy of all Carousel guests, please silence pagers, cell phones and all other devices when in the theatre, and a must when the performance is live.
Seating
For your safety, please remain seated during the performance and keep your chairs and feet under your table.
