About Our Service

The Carousel takes pride in our leisurely cocktail and dining service, which takes you from the moment you enter the theatre until the start of the performance. If you desire a faster pace to your service, please let your servers know and they will accommodate your special needs.

MAIN ATTRACTION ENTREES
Your ticket price includes: One Main Attraction Entrée; Carousel Salad with choice of Sweet and Sour, Low-Fat Italian, Catalina French, Honey Mustard Dijon, Raspberry Vinaigrette, Buttermilk Ranch, Thousand Island or Blue Cheese (crumbled bleu cheese or shredded cheddar cheese - .95 additional charge) and fresh rolls; coffee, decaffeinated coffee or regular tea (iced or hot) prior to the performance.

BISTRO SIRLOIN FILET
Tender center cut bistro steak is seared medium served with a cracked peppercorn merlot demi-glace. Accompanied by mashed redskin potatoes.

MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN
Boneless breast of chicken topped with artichokes, tomato, shitake mushrooms, garlic and finished with asiago cheese. Accompanied by sun-dried tomato rice pilaf.

Suggested wine: Masi Masianco/Pinot Grigio

SEAFOOD TRIPLE PLAY
Tender filet of salmon topped with snow crab stuffing and crispy bread crumbs escorted by two mouth-watering shrimp served with light lemon cream sauce. Accompanied by sun-dried tomato rice pilaf.

Suggested wine: Stone Cellars/Chardonnay

EGGPLANT PARMESAN ROULETTE
Lightly breaded eggplant rolled around ricotta and Italian cheeses over penne pasta and topped with marinara and blended Italian cheeses.

CAROUSEL'S HOUSE SPECIAL BEEF STROGANOFF
Juicy beef tips are simmered in a rich sour cream sauce with button mushrooms, onions and herbs, and then served over tender egg noodles.

JACK DANIEL’S ROAST CROWN OF PORK
The Carousel Favorite. A lean rack of pork is slow roasted and cut to bone in chop then dressed with a Jack Daniel’s demi-glace and accompanied by mashed redskins potatoes.

Suggested wine: Black Opal/Cabernet Merlot Blend

These entrees are the Producer’s personal favorites. Available at the additional charge shown for Dinner & Show or upgraded Show Only Guests. Limited numbers are available at each performance.

Continuing our tradition of excellence, our Chef is proud to offer the following items for your dining pleasure. Our cut steaks are only the top USDA Choice grades and chosen for their tenderness, juiciness and flavor.
CEDAR PLANK HALIBUT ----- $9.95
Fresh halibut filet marinated atop a plank made of cedar then broiled to release the smoke flavor of the wood. Served with seasonal vegetable and sun-dried tomato rice pilaf.
 
CHICKEN PESTO  ----- $6.95
Strips of grilled chicken breast, sun-dried tomato and tri-color cheese tortellini are topped with pesto cream and asiago cheese.
CENTER STAGE NEW YORK STRIP STEAK ----- $15.95
We’ve put the spotlight on this delicious 12-ounce center cut strip steak, char-grilled just the way you like it. Served with baked potato and seasonal vegetables.
SUCCULENT FILET MIGNON ----- $16.95
Our exquisite 8-ounce center-cut filet is charbroiled to order. Served with béarnaise sauce and accompanied by au gratin potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
DIRECTOR’S CUT OF PRIME RIB ----- $11.95
Directors are known for their discriminating taste, and this cut of prime rib is no exception. Mouth watering 16-ounces of USDA Choice prime rib prepared to your specifications and served with a baked potato, a side of sour cream and seasonal vegetables.

Eight jumbo shrimp are simmered in a sweet cream alfredo sauce over black pepper fettuccini.

FUNNEL CAKE SUNDAE  ----- $6.95
Golden fried funnel cake tossed in cinnamon sugar topped with vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, whipped cream and a cherry.
  ICE CREAM DIBS  ----- $7.95
Chocolate and crisp coated ice cream morsels that melt in your mouth served with fresh sliced strawberries topped with berry coulis and whipped cream. Served in a souvenir helmet.
PRODUCER’S HOT FUDGE DELIGHT ----- $6.95
Homemade chocolate fudge brownies are served with two mounds of vanilla ice cream and smothered with hot fudge, whipped cream, nuts and topped with a cherry.
CHEF’S HOMEMADE CHEESECAKE ----- $6.95
Chef’s own cheesecake is the best you will ever taste. A delicious blend of cream cheese, sour cream, lemon zest and vanilla paired with a butter and graham cracker crust. After slow cooking, the cheesecake is topped with a luscious raspberry coulis.
CHOCOLATE MOLTEN LAVA CAKE ----- $8.95
Chocolate Heaven that melts in your mouth! Warm chocolate cake with chocolate fudge filling and topped with a chocolate sauce that is simply divine! Served with vanilla ice cream. This dessert is a must for any chocolate lover!
GOURMET BANANA-CARAMEL FRIED CHEESECAKE ----- $6.95
A serenade for your taste buds! Chunks of ripe banana with caramel are blended into creamy cheesecake, wrapped in a flaky pastry shell then deep-fried to a luscious golden brown. Rolled in cinnamon sugar and placed atop Carousel caramel sauce, this wonderful treat is served with a scoop of rich vanilla ice cream.
STRAWBERRY YOGURT PARFAIT ----- $6.75
Layers of strawberry flavored yogurt surrounded by fresh strawberries topped with crunchy granola and light whip topping with a gaufrette cookie.
